St Pius X College Year 9 students are eagerly looking forward to their chance to participate in the ‘Take 5’ initiative on Wednesday 4th March when some 372 pupils from the Magherafelt Learning Partnership will participate in a wide variety of ‘Take 5’ themed active workshops.

On this day pupils from St Pius X College, Rainey Endowed and Magherafelt High School will be encouraged to focus on their personal wellbeing. The event will be hosted jointly by St Pius X College and Magherafelt High School and a second planned duplicate event will take place for the pupils of Sperrin Integrated College and St Mary’s Grammar on the 12th of March.
