The ideal nutritionally balanced lunch box will include foods from each of these main food groups 

ü      Bread/cereal (starches/carbohydrates)

ü      Fruit

ü      Vegetable

ü      Meat or meat alternative (proteins)

ü      Calcium rich foods

ü      A drink, (ideally a 500ml bottle of water)
