Andy Johnson Visit
On Wednesday 14th April Premier League footballer Andrew Johnston jetted into Northern Ireland to visit the office of Gerard Graham & Company Estate Agents to review the specification for his new 4-bedroom villa he bought at the sough-after Flamingo Golf Resort in Bodrum, Turkey. Other sports personalities who have bought property on the resort include boxer Ricky Hatton and Everton striker Tim Cahill. The Fulham sharp-shooter finalised the internal specification of the property with the estate agent and local developer of the resort during the visit.During the visit estate agent Gerard Graham then took the opportunity to bring the footballer to St. Pius X College and greet some of the school children. Gerard said: “I spoke with some of the teachers from the local schools and suggested we bring Andrew along for the opportunity for them to ask Andrew some questions about the life of a top sports athlete which he was very happy to do." Andrew said at the end of the day, “We were able to complete the paperwork for the property deal in the morning; so I was happy to then visit some of the local schools in the afternoon with Gerard. I was very impressed with the welcome we got and was surprised how many of the kids knew about the players in the Premier League.
