St Pius X College recognises that “as well as its statutory responsibilities in relation to pupils’ learning, it has a pastoral responsibility towards all pupils and accepts that all pupils in their charge have a fundamental right to be protected from harm”. In particular, the college will do whatever is reasonable, to safeguard or promote pupil’ safety and well-being.
